End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the Arcade Hub Android application and web edition, including the games and related content (the “Service”). It is an agreement between you and the Arcade Hub operator identified below, not Solana Mobile or the dApp Store.

1. Accepting this Agreement

By installing, opening, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are not legally able to agree under the law that applies to you, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf and supervise your use where required.

Your use of the Solana Mobile dApp Store is also governed by Solana Mobile's own terms. Those terms control if they conflict with this Agreement, to the extent of the conflict.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to this Agreement and applicable store rules.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publicly perform for commercial purposes, or make unauthorized copies of the Service. You may not modify or create derivative works from it, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits that restriction to be waived, bypass security or access controls, interfere with other users or the Service, or use it unlawfully.

3. Service features and user data

The current release provides free arcade games. Player name, scores, wins, progress, and sound preferences are stored locally on your device. The current leaderboard is local to that device. The release does not provide wallet connection, blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency rewards, or purchases. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials to us.

Local game data may be lost if you clear application or browser storage, uninstall the app, change devices, or the device fails. The current Service does not provide a cloud backup or shared online leaderboard.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, visual design, text, audio, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Arcade Hub operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This Agreement gives you only the limited use license in Section 2. You retain any rights you have in materials you lawfully provide, if the Service later enables such submissions; no such upload feature is provided in the current release.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, the hosting infrastructure, or another person's device or data. Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights or to distribute malicious code.

6. Updates, availability, and third-party services

We may update, maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise that every game or feature will always be available or error-free. The app may rely on internet access and third-party hosting or app-store services; those services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any charges imposed by your network provider.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this Agreement limits a warranty, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of locally stored game progress arising from use of the Service. This does not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall the app. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach this Agreement, where permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual-property rights and applicable liability provisions, will remain in effect.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. The effective date at the top will be updated. If you continue to use the Service after a revised Agreement takes effect, the revised terms apply to future use, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

10. Governing law and consumer rights

This Agreement is governed by Romanian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may bring claims in the courts available to you under applicable consumer-protection rules.
